Grosvenor Ambleside released the first phase which included 57 residences. These homes range in size from 783 to over 4,000 square feet with a number of these residences offering panoramic views to the city and the Georgia Straight. Some features include air conditioning in all homes, larger outdoor patios and terraces, and an appliance package featuring Miele, Wolf and Sub-zero brands.

Early info - 1300 Ambleside has now been approved by the City of West Vancouver for 98 residential units with commercial office space below. Exact sizing of unit plans is yet to be released however residential suites must be under 1,500 square feet and only 30% can be over 2,500 square feet.  Along with sizing restrictions certain retailers will not be allowed in the development, including banks, travel agencies,arcades,bowling alleys, theaters, casinos and nightclubs.
